To use, simply add 1-3 drops of desired essential oil to the lava stone and let absorb and fully dry (a minute or so) before allowing it to touch clothing. Essential oils should be reapplied every day to a couple days depending on how strong you prefer your scent to be.

**SIZE**To determine your beaded bracelet size, please measure your wrist and add 3/4" to 1" to the measurement depending on if you want it snug or a bit loose on the wrist.
